Find Yourself an Office Valentine

For the Holidays I got a few things sent to me. Cards, gift certificates, etc. One of the funniest things I got was a calendar that was called “Guide to Bringing A Little Fun to the Workplace.” And…it’s actually hilarious.

Every month, it provides a tip. I decided that every 1st of the month I’d share it with you because if you’ve just started working you’ll probably laugh at it just as I did.

February Tip:

Find Yourself an Office Valentine

1. Send yourself flowers on a daily basis with suggsetive notes from different people and loudly announce how SURPRISED you are.
2. Put yourself out there. Lay on the lunch counter — Burt Reynolds centerfold style — while your co-workers wait in line for the microwave.
3. Set up a candlelit lunch for two in the copy room; post a sign-upsheet next to you with 10 minute increments.
